Who operates this site?

Your reading shelf
When you sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting platform supplies a site-specific account identifier, email and, when available, your name. The site stores your account identifier with the articles you save and the topics you choose. The reading database does not store your email or name. Your shelf is private to your signed-in account.
These records support your reading experience. Saving interests does not subscribe you to email. You can remove individual saved articles or clear your interests on the community page. To delete all saved articles and interests, use “Delete my reading data” on your signed-in reading shelf. You may also contact Anil with a privacy request; we may need to verify ownership before acting. Records remain until removed or the service is discontinued; operational backups may take longer to expire.
Articles and images
Anil’s private writing studio stores drafts in the site database and uploaded images in site storage. Drafts are restricted to the owner. Published article text and images become public; unpublishing removes the article from public pages and blocks public image access. Hosting backups and caches may retain copies for a limited period.
Enquiries and suggested questions
The enquiry form opens a draft in your email app or lets you copy the details to send manually. It does not send or store the form submission on this website. If you send the email, Anil receives the information you include and uses it to respond. Please avoid including confidential client information or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Your Decision Brief
Your decision note and evidence checklist remain in the page while it is open. If you download a working brief, your browser creates the text file locally; the site does not receive those entries. Avoid writing confidential details on a shared device.
Decision Lab assessments
The Decision Lab is different from the local Decision Brief tool above. If you choose to request a result, this site stores your selected answers, name, email, organisation or institution, optional role and phone number, recommended conversation, and the time you agreed to follow-up. Anil can view these details in a private, owner-only enquiry list and use them to respond about your brief. The result appears after the submission has been saved. The assessment is self-reported and does not verify performance or teaching quality.
Your details are not added to the Kit newsletter or shared with a school, client, or third-party marketing list. A phone number is optional. You can ask for a copy or deletion at anil@advantageinsights.in; we may need to verify that the request concerns your details. Anil can remove enquiries from the private list; operational backups may take longer to expire. Do not submit confidential client information or sensitive personal data.
Community discussions
The ADVantage Insights Exchange opens on Discourse, a separate community service. Its account, profile and discussion data are handled there under its published privacy notice and terms. Your website reading shelf and email subscription are separate. Treat public discussions as public and avoid sharing confidential client information.
External services
LinkedIn subscriptions are handled by LinkedIn under its own terms and privacy practices. External social links take you to the respective service. YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp links are active. Opening WhatsApp starts a conversation with Anil; it does not join a group or subscribe you to updates. If a video is embedded later, it loads only after you choose to play it.
Appointments
Booking links open Calendly. Calendly handles the details you provide to arrange a meeting under its own privacy practices. Booking does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Email subscriptions
Email signup opens a form hosted by Kit. If you subscribe, Kit processes your email address and any optional information you provide on behalf of ADVantage Insights to manage your subscription and deliver newsletter emails. You must confirm your email address to join. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email or contact anil@advantageinsights.in for help or a deletion request. LinkedIn subscriptions and your website reading shelf remain separate; neither automatically subscribes you to email.
Necessary sign-in technology
Sign-in uses the hosting platform’s session mechanism. It is needed to recognize your account and show your private reading shelf. This site does not add a third-party advertising tracker or require an account to read public articles.
Hosting and measurement
The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including sign-in sessions and operational logs. This version does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting and identity providers apply their own service policies.
Changes
This notice will be updated when our services or data practices change. Any optional marketing signup will be separate from using your reading shelf.
